Hi! I'm Kate and this is where I showcase my weaving. I was first introduced to weaving in the 9th grade at a Waldorf school; making a belt on a small Inkle Loom. Then moved on to a bigger floor loom, and made a scarf. I was hooked!!

I go to my weaving studio every chance I can get; making blankets, table runners, place mats, or shawls and scarves. I started out on a table top loom, but then moved onto a bigger, Harrisville Design, floor loom.

Weaving is a multi sensory craft for me. I enjoy the feeling and smell of the yarns. I love combining different colors and patterns.
